This is a great problem. Easy to use.
How can I put who wrote a note? at present, when someone writes a note on a ticket, it does not show who wrote it.

1. The ability to see who wrote what ‘Note’ is a must.
2. Also, please make the user entering a ticket fill in a one-line ‘Summary’ in addition to ‘Details’.
3. Use ‘Summary’ in the ‘View ticket’ screen. ‘Details’ should be the first ‘Note’
4. The ability to select 12/24 hour time formats would be very nice.
5. Get the ability to validate users from AD/LDAP, and I think this has the potential to take off like a rocket. Slick, clean and to the point. Simple config. Looks very promising.
I have far too many years experience working with misdesigned ticket systems. I’ll be very happy to provide more feedback and/or further ideas for features if wanted.

Thank you for the great suggestions, I will try to get these into the next release, they shouldn’t be terrible difficult to implement.

Need support for other languages (Russian is ready to help with). Need the support of the installation.
